Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, content creation, social media management, and general communications, including PR and events. ROLE DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Nurture leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and produce a monthly newsletter on LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for events, including webinars.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

 

2. Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library to support sales, customer engagement, and partnerships.
  • Develop compelling content for multiple channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Ensure website content is current, relevant, and SEO-friendly.

 

3. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow Present Technologies’ presence on social networks.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Handle daily social media tasks, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.

 

4. General Comms, PR, and Event / Speaking Ops:

  • Oversee all internal and external communications to ensure brand and messaging alignment.
  • Proactively promote significant company milestones and announcements through effective PR strategies, ensuring the evolving Present Technologies story is told.
  • Support the executive team by identifying and preparing for speaking opportunities, ensuring key messaging is delivered with impact.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, content creation, and social media management.
  • Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, HubSpot a bonus, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
